Palmer, Esq. is a graduate of Seton Hall University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a graduate of the Hofstra University School Of Law where he received the degree of Juris Doctor. Mr. Palmer has been practicing law since 2000 and is licensed to practice in all courts of the State of New Jersey and the Supreme Court of the United States. Mr. Palmer is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Monmouth County Bar Association.
